• This offer is an opportunity for new patients to meet with the doctor and see if chiropractic care can help.
• No treatment will be performed on this visit.
• There is no obligation to begin treatment.
• If it is determined that we believe our office can help you reach your health goals, then an exam will be performed at which time our normal fee will apply.
• Based on the examination findings causes of your complaints and factors limiting you from reaching your health will be discussed. At which time a recommended action plan can be established.
